Processing Time

  • All orders require 1 Business day for processing before being handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • We process orders daily from 9:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST.
  • Orders received after 4 PM EST are processed the next day.

Shipping Time

After processing, orders are shipped via our trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Typically takes 3 – 5 business days depending on the weather, distance, and other logistic variables.
  • Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
  • All shipping carrier non-business days are not included.
  • Orders processed on a non-business day shall be in transit the next business day.

For orders shipped to AA/APO/FPO, delivery could take up to 8–12 business days once in transit.

Possible Delays

While we aim for timely deliveries, certain factors can occasionally cause delays that are outside the ambit of regular shipping duration :

  • Logistical Challenges: Carrier capacity, route optimization, or unexpected surges in volume.
  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather conditions or regional weather delays along the shipping route, at the origin, or the delivery location.

For the most accurate updates, we recommend monitoring your tracking information and signing up for updates via email or text on the same tracking page. In case of any further assistance, please reach out to our Dedicated Customer Support Team.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress:

  • Log in to your account and visit the “My Account” page to view tracking details.
  • Alternatively, click the tracking link in your confirmation email.
  • Reach out to our customer support, in case of difficulties finding the tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may not reflect immediately and may only show updates after the package reaches a sorting facility or your local post office.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Ensure your shipping address and email address are accurate while placing an order. Errors can cause delays or returned shipments.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship it once it is returned to us and after a confirmation from the customer. Reshipping costs will be paid by the customer.
  • In case a refund is asked by the customer on the returned shipment. Shipping &  Packaging costs incurred on the original shipment will not be reimbursed.

Replacement or Warranty Shipments

  • All replacement and warranty shipments are subject to shipping carrier Terms and Conditions.
  • All shipments carry a certain amount of Carrier Insurance for the packages being lost or damaged. Necessary/ Relevant proofs related to the issue have to be furnished.
  • If the tracking is updated as Delivered by the shipping carrier, no shipping warranty, refunds or claims shall be entertained. The customer support team assistance will be available on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any reported thefts after the delivery is completed by the shipping carrier are not covered.
